Education & Employment Training:
In 2023, 87 people landed new jobs as a result of our programs.
To give our clients the tools they need to increase their income and maintain stable housing, Crossroads also offers Education & Employment programs.
In 2023, 258 people participated in one or more programs designed to help them increase their literacy and math skills, work toward a high school credential, complete a training program or look for a job. As a result, 87 people landed new jobs.

Our successful CNA training program also celebrated its 150th graduating class since we began offering the program in the 1980s!
Hundreds of our grads are now working in hospitals, nursing homes and home health care organizations today.
