January is a time to set new intentions; include helping neighbors experiencing homelessness in your resolutions through these easy tips.
January 31, 2022
January marks the start of the year and allows us the opportunity to set intentions to commit to bettering ourselves and our community in the year to come.
In 2022, we encourage you, our generous donors and partners, to include Crossroads and our neighbors experiencing homelessness on your list of new year's resolutions.
You can resolve to help individuals and families in need by:
- Making a gift to Crossroads- Your donation to Crossroads allows us to provide the critical programs and services that help thousands of individuals and families overcome their homelessness each year. We simply can't do our work without your support. You can make an even bigger impact all year long when you become a monthly donor.
- Shopping Crossroads' Amazon wish list- Our online wish list is regularly updated with all the supplies individuals and families need to successfully transition from shelter to permanent housing. This is an easy, contactless way to make a difference for those who need it most in our community. Your generosity can go even further if you use Amazon Smile to make your purchases.
- Attending or sponsoring a Crossroads event- Our special signature events are unique experiences where attendees have the opportunity to nosh, network and become inspired while raising critical funds for our neighbors in need. When you support a Crossroads event, you are directly supporting the programs and services that help those we serve overcome their homelessness.
- Following Crossroads on your socials- The best way to stay connected and informed on what's happening at Crossroads and the state of homelessness in Rhode Island is to give us a follow! You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Help inspire and educate your network by sharing our posts.

It is thanks to your support and advocacy that Crossroads is able to serve over 3,500 men, women and children experiencing homelessness each year. While there is a long road ahead, we know that you will help us make 2022 one of our most impactful years yet.
