Incentive funds: Crossroads is offering landlords $2,000 for their first new unit.
Improvement funds: Reimbursement funds available up to $3,000* for necessary repairs to make the unit move-in ready.
Mitigation Funds: If a unit needs repairs due to tenant caused damages during tenancy, Crossroads may be able to reimburse the landlord.

Repeat landlords will receive $1,000 for units they have offered in the past and a $1,500 bonus for every new additional unit they give to the program.
If landlords choose to renew their lease with Crossroads clients, they will receive a $1,000 bonus
Support: Each landlord will have access to a Designated Housing Navigator.
Possible Rent Support: Some tenants may receive rental assistance, and/or a housing voucher.
